How can I apply for TrustSg?
There are four (4) easy steps to TrustSg accreditation
Step One: Self Assessment
Before you apply for TrustSg accreditation, you can check your readiness by doing a simple self-assessment. The self-assessment covers areas of e-commerce practices such as, information disclosure, communication, security, fulfillment and redress.
Step Two (2) Application
Once you are ready to apply for the TrustSg seal, all you have to do is to download the below form:

Step Three (3) Evaluation
Upon receiving your application, PolarisHub will evaluate your business practice and may contact you to suggest corrective measures for items that do not comply with TrustSg code of practice. If your application fully complies with the code of practice, you will obtain TrustSg accreditation within three (3) to five (5) working days.
Step Four (4) Accreditation
At the final stage, the ACO (Authorized Code Owner) will issue the TrustSg seal to you. A dynamic TrustSg will be powered to the merchant website. This TrustSg seal is supported by the state-of-the-art technology that deters it from being replicated.

Q: How much is the application fee?
A: The application fee for now is SGD$100.00 (For B2B and B2C seals), SGD$50.00 for B2C seal.
Q: Will this SGD$100 application fee last forever?
A: No, Application fee after 30th June 2007 will be SGD$3100
Q: Why is the application fee so low now?
A: Right now there are subsidies from CommerceNet SGD$1500 and IDA Singapore SGD$1500. This subsidy will end in 30th June 2007.
Q: Is there any renewal fee to pay every year
A: Yes, it range from SGD$200 to SGD$800 depending on the size of your company and your sales.
Q: Can I get any marketing material from TrustSg
A: Yes, you can simply tell us email us your mailing address at sales@polarishub.com and we will mail it to you soon.
Q: I do not want to do the self-assessment or go through the whole process of the four (4) steps can I outsource this activity?
A: Yes, you can outsource this activity to PolarisHub at a fee of SGD$300 excluding the application fee of SGD$100.
